These Terms of Use govern the access and use of our services, including the virtual assistant and the members' area. By accessing or using Nutri-AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Nutri-AI

Nutri-AI offers:

• Access to a virtual assistant based on OpenAI's GPT technology, designed to provide nutrition-related suggestions.
• Exclusive members' area, hosted on the Hotmart platform, featuring content generated by Nutri-AI and formatted by our team, based on recognized scientific and academic bibliographic references available for consultation.

Important: Nutri-AI uses advanced technology but does not replace professional nutritionists or healthcare providers. The content provided may contain inaccuracies and must be used responsibly.

2. Use of Services

The content provided by the members' area and the virtual assistant is for personal and non-commercial use only.

• It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or commercialize the content without prior written authorization from Nutri-AI.
• The lifetime access offered is subject to the continuity of services provided by third-party platforms (OpenAI and Hotmart).

Note: We are not responsible for changes or interruptions in services provided by third parties that may impact access to the virtual assistant or the members' area.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

• Nutri-AI does not store information shared during interactions with the virtual assistant. These data are processed directly by OpenAI.
• Refer to OpenAI's Privacy Policy to understand how these data are handled.
• Information provided to access the members' area (e.g., name, email) is managed by Hotmart, according to its own Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the members' area, including text, videos, and other materials, is protected by copyright. Reproduction, modification, or redistribution of the content is prohibited, except for personal and non-commercial use.

5. Limitation of Warranties and Service Availability

Nutri-AI is provided "as is" and relies on third parties, such as OpenAI and Hotmart, to deliver its services. Although Nutri-AI offers lifetime access, this is subject to the continuity of services provided by these platforms.

We do not guarantee that services will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose. Nutri-AI is not responsible for changes or interruptions in services caused by decisions made by third parties that affect the operation of the product.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Nutri-AI was trained using recognized scientific and academic bibliographic references, which are listed in the members' area for consultation. Despite using advanced technology, Nutri-AI is an artificial intelligence system and, as such, is not free of errors.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of the information provided for any specific purpose. Significant changes to diet or health routines based on guidance from the virtual assistant or members' area content should be made under the supervision of qualified human professionals, such as nutritionists or doctors.

The user acknowledges that the information provided does not replace healthcare professionals and uses the content at their own risk.

7. Eligibility

Nutri-AI's services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. Minors under 18 may use the services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be published on the website and/or in the members' area, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the Court of Juiz de Fora, State of Minas Gerais, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, no matter how privileged it may be.
